Serge Kablan holds a Doctorate in Law (LL.D.) and is a full professor in the Department of Management, Faculty of Administrative Sciences at Laval University. He holds a University Certification in International Management and a Diploma in International Trade from the Forum for International Trade Training (FITT). He trained as a mediator in the civil, commercial and workplace mediation program at the University of Sherbrooke and at the Institut de médiation et d’arbitrage du Québec. This blend of law and management has forged Professor Kablan’s expertise in cyberspace law and e-business law, where he teaches and conducts research. Professor Kablan is the Director of the MBA and Professional M.Sc. programs at the Faculty of Administrative Sciences of Laval University and the Director of the Masters and Ph.D. programs at the École supérieure d’études internationales of Laval University.
